Annie’s Organic Farm

We are a mother-daughter team who together run Annie’s Organic Farm Tipperary, near Cashel. 

Aine grows high-quality salad leaf mixes, herbs, edible flowers and speciality produce while Annie focuses on field-scale growing a wide range of vegetables. Annie has completed a Diploma in Speciality Food Production & level 5 in Organic Horticulture + Train the Trainer. She is then qualified to teach Horticulture.

At the farm, we aim to provide the highest quality artisan & speciality products to the local markets and restaurants. Among our wide range of food supply, you will find organic fruit & vegetables, organic cheese and meats, fresh fish, pantry goods and much more (depending on the season).

All the on-farm vegetables and salad are hand sown and once ready, all hand-harvested. All our seeds come from organic seed banks ensuring all our produce is 100% natural. Everything grown on the family farm is completely free from chemicals and pesticides, and farm products are sold locally in the Munster area, limiting the carbon footprint as much as possible.

We are so diligent in caring for the environment and biodiversity that we have designated nature havens, including wild hedging and a no-cut policy on the borders and headlands, to let those little critters get some cover and bee-friendly flowers bloom. We also are registered with IOFGA Organic certification.
