Field Exchange Festival
We were delighted to participate in this year’s Field Exchange Festival, September 2025, at the picturesque Brookfield Farm alongside Lough Derg. Field Exchange is an initiative designed to enhance the dialogue between agriculture and creativity, fostering safe discussions for progressive change in farming. It aims to help agricultural and rural communities understand the impacts of climate change and support their transition to sustainable practices.
Our celebratory lunch featured esteemed chef and food writer Val Warner, who curated a delightful meal that embraced the spirit of collaboration, featuring family-style dishes designed for sharing.
The Field Exchange Festival provided a fantastic platform for us to showcase the incredible talent of our local producers. We were thrilled to see so many people come together to enjoy locally sourced food and engage in conversations about the importance of sustainable agricultural practices.
